Sequence
for planning a successful trip:
- Selection of the yacht best
suited before the trip objectives, group size, and cruising
area.
- Plan a specific itinerary to
meet the client's interest and which includes, schedule
departure and arrival times at the port destinations,
whether to cruise at night , having dinner aboard or whether
to cruise during daylight hours to enjoy swimming and
water sports while arriving at the day's destination port
to enjoy the site seeing and night life offered at the
destination.
- Review special materials or
facilities needed for on board events, meetings, presentations,
etc.
- Review all extra services needed,
Pre and Post Cruise.
Albatross will supply information and contacts for local hotels,
transfers and if requested will book these arrangements.
